About Our Emails

CarSkipper, LLC sends transactional emails only — we do not send promotional newsletters, marketing campaigns, or advertising emails. Every email we send is directly related to your account or an active transaction on the platform.

The types of emails you may receive include:

• Email address verification when you create or update your account
• One-time passcodes (OTP) for two-factor authentication and passwordless login
• Magic-link sign-in emails you request yourself
• Password reset links you request yourself
• Appointment confirmations and reminders for test drives and vehicle handoffs
• Order status updates (deposit received, buyer scheduled, title transfer confirmed)
• Account security alerts (new sign-in from an unrecognised device)

Transactional Emails Cannot Be Disabled

Because CarSkipper does not send marketing email, there is nothing to "unsubscribe" from in the traditional sense. The emails listed above are essential to the safe operation of your account and any transactions you participate in — they cannot be turned off while your account remains active.

If you no longer wish to receive any emails from CarSkipper, you may request that your account be closed by contacting us at privacy@carskipper.com. Account deletion is subject to our data-retention obligations as described in the Privacy Policy.

SMS / Text Message Opt-Out

CarSkipper sends transactional SMS messages for phone verification, 2FA codes, login codes, and appointment reminders. To stop receiving text messages:
